We couldn’t achieve all the great work we do without our amazing team, so in this new series of blogs, we thought we would introduce you to some of them. Get to know what their role involves and also what they enjoy doing outside of work.
Up first is our People’s Operation Lead, Donna Bavin.
What is your role, and what does it involve?
I’m the people operations lead, and I manage the appraisal process and organise training for people. I am also part of the PIPs (people in charge of parties and stuff) team and the wellbeing team. I work with my team to organise team events and wellbeing initiatives.
What have you enjoyed about working at Adatis so far?
Definitely the people. I love how friendly everybody is, how we’re a family, we laugh a lot and have a lot of banter. It’s like going to your mate’s house rather than going to work.
What are you hoping to achieve in the future at Adatis?
Being the Mental Wellbeing Ambassadors at Adatis – to champion and lead all the wellbeing initiatives. I would like us to be a healthy office with the odd chocolate bars.
Tell us three random facts about yourself?
I have two tattoos, two dogs and two girls – I like to work in two’s.
Your ideal way to spend the weekend?
Walking my doggies, riding my bike, going for a little run, listening to music, socialising with my friends
Favourite TV show?
Friends – Makes me laugh no matter how many times I’ve watched it – I love it
What would you do if you won the lottery?
Pay off all my Families mortgages, buy my girls a house, and then take all my friends and family on a all expenses paid holiday
We hope you enjoyed getting to know Donna! keep an eye out for our next Meet the Team blog.
