The same applies to our team – we don’t have an open door policy, we have a no door policy. The team is involved in every key decision – they came up with these values with us (not for us).”
Share and be Transparent
“Knowledge is power… or so they say.At Adatis, knowledge is a hot potato – if you hold on to it yourself for too long you’ll get burned.We take that potato, cover it with bacon and cheese and share it out amongst the whole team – delicious! Our Build days, Hackathons and brown bag lunches are an essential part of life at Adatis.
And we don’t just share knowledge, our team has access to any information they want to see (that we can legally share) from minutes of the board meeting to last year’s accounts.”
Listen and Challenge
“Whilst No is OK, Yes people definitely aren’t welcome here. We love learning about our customers’ business and the problems they face. But after listening, we usually ask why it’s done that way. And if the answer is “because we always have”, we’ll ask again.
And we expect our team to do the same of each other.”
Build with Heart and Balance

At the same time, we recognise and respect that work is only one part of our lives; waking up fresher is much more efficient than working late and taking time off to recharge before our batteries run out is the norm here.”
