The Adatis Approach
The approach takes 4-10 days depending on the size and complexity of the model. The engagement would break down into four main areas.
Deliverables:
Clients who engage with us for an AI Model Review expect practical, actionable insights on their models that are backed up by evidence. A common set of deliverables would include:
- An actionable list of recommendations of how to improve each model, spanning several subject areas including, source data, feature engineering, model selection and deployment
- A prioritised list of the actions that balances cost/complexity to implement against the positive impact to the overall solution
- Guidance and timelines for achieving each action based on the organisations current solution
- Assorted supporting material such as plots, correlation matrices and architecture diagrams
