Next up we’re introducing you to Catherine Sachdev. Catherine joined us just over a year ago after graduating from the University of Southampton.
What is your role and what does it involve?
I work as a Marketing Assistant. Since we only have a small team my role is quite diverse, and we cover a lot of ground amongst the team! It can be anything from preparing for our next big event, posting out on our socials, designing our collateral, adding and updating content on the website and email marketing.
What do you like most about working at Adatis?
Definitely the workplace culture. Everyone is always having a laugh and get on really well. I also love that no one micromanages, and you are trusted to just get on and do good work!
What training have you been given in your time at Adatis?
I’ve only been at Adatis just over a year and have already completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing and have just got sign off the complete start my Certificate in Professional Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, both fully funded by Adatis. Adatis really do want everyone to do well and succeed and are willing to invest in their employees from the start! I also got to go on a two-day presentation skills course which was super useful!
What’s your favourite TV show?
Any true crime documentary! Or if I want something a little more relaxed then definitely friends.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Hmm, I think it would have to be pizza… A Dominos Texas BBQ to be specific!
Where would be your dream holiday destination?
I’m torn between somewhere super relaxing and Picturesque like the Maldives or Bora Bora, or I would also love to go somewhere in Africa and go on a safari tour to see all the amazing animals in the wild, either would be amazing!
